Jesse Levitt been involved in renewable energy project finance for the last 7 years. Prior to that, he has been a leader in credit, debt, and structured finance as a market-maker and investor at corporate investment banks and hedge funds for over 15 years. He is also an entrepreneur and advisor to several early-stage businesses, and has led and closed multiple complex, multi-party transactions in highly regulated markets.

Jason Levine

Chief Executive Officer

Jason Levine is a growth stage veteran with over 30 years of experience including operating roles such as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, General Counsel, and senior corporate and business development executive. He is a founder of CleanBay Renewables, as well as a former investment / merchant banker and venture capitalist. Additional experiences include financing local government major capital projects, managing PJM queue projects, and renewable energy project development.

Thomas Spangler

President

Tom Spangler is an electrical engineer having managed a $7 billion portfolio of rockets, satellites, ships, and aircraft for the Pentagon and NASA. He is also a founder of CleanBay Renewables and Velos, both headquartered in Maryland. Tom is an entrepreneur, startup investor, and advisor to multiple defense, aerospace, and investment concerns.  Additional experiences include solar project deployment, interagency program leadership, and first-of-a-kind technology and product development.

Kevin Hill, CFA

Chief Investment Officer

Kevin Hill has 20 years of commercial real estate and renewable energy investing experience in transactions totaling over $1.5 billion in aggregate value. He has deployed capital in numerous real estate equity and debt investment structures, utilizing fund discretionary capital, institutional joint ventures, and private-investor equity syndications. Transactions have included development, construction, and acquisitions.
